This online course is designed to help you think about the way you react and respond in relation to diversity.
It also aims to help you to take steps in engaging effectively with diversity and inclusion in your context.
Encouraging diversity has been shown to offer proven benefits for working environments, teams and productivity, but more fundamentally, for those of us involved in Christian ministry, it reflects God’s love for all those He has created.
It is as we draw closer to Christ that we would hope to grow in our capacity to model that love for others. Â
The course includes opportunities to pause, reflect and take note as you go through, which you can then keep coming back to as you implement some of what you have learnt in your context.
